Once we’ve chosen a date and the deposit has been paid, we’ll choose a location. I have a few favourite spots and can recommend lush outdoor settings, but I get the most meaningful images from family sessions held at home.
People often worry their home isn’t clean or stylish enough. If your home is well lit and full of love, it’s perfect. Tuck clutter into baskets or move it out of frame and we’re ready to go. The beach is a lovely option too, but in years to come you may prefer the warmth of memories made at home.
During the shoot I’ll guide you with gentle prompts, we’ll play and involve everyone in simple bonding activities. The session is paced around the children — we follow their lead and allow plenty of time for breaks when needed.
Before your session I’ll send a detailed preparation guide covering everything you might need. And I’m here to help every step of the way. Your job is to relax, have fun, and trust me to capture these timeless moments for your family.
