After the Session
After your session, I will get to work on culling your images down to the very best of the best, then editing those images and getting them up into your gallery. Once they're ready, I'll be in touch with the link to your slideshow. When you're ready to click the slideshow link, I encourage you to make an event of it! Queue it up on your tv or a large computer screen and gather the whole family around (sound up!)... the first time you see your photos is always the best.
Please remember that your slideshow is available for only 24 hours or until you purchase your collection—whichever comes first. Once you select and pay for your collection, your gallery (and slideshow) will be accessible for 14 days. It will also be pre-loaded with your print credit, allowing you to download the number of files that correspond to your chosen collection. Keep in mind that your gallery will only be active for 14 days, so don't let this time slip away before you finalize your print order! By selecting your favourites in the gallery, those images will be flagged for me on my end. Please let me know once you've made your selections, so I can proceed with the final touches.
Downloading your files: Once you've decided which images you'd like to use for your download credit (no need to choose if you go with Big Boy, I'd encourage you to do that immediately. The process is simple: select the images and use the down arrow in the upper right corner of your gallery - click on that and the system will walk you through the download process. The images will download as a zip file, which you can double-click on to expand. I suggest you make a second copy of the expanded files, then save the two copies to two different locations - I generally recommend that one copy be saved to an easily accessible drive (either on your computer or on an external hard drive), and that the other get saved to the cloud (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
Store: When you receive your gallery, there will be a virtual store from which you can order all your high-quality prints, and everything from canvas to calendars. I can guarantee with confidence that they will be of the highest quality, and theyre pretty quick with their printing. I strongly discourage you from doing your own printing, as you won’t have me to help with preparing the images for print to ensure that the colours and print quality are what they deserve to be.

A good review could be the thing that assures the next client that they’re in safe hands. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with something, please reach out to me at any time, and I will do whatever I can to resolve the issue.
As the final step, I usually create a carousel for Instagram featuring highlights from our shoot. I will send you an invitation to be included in that post as a collaborator, but it’s completely up to you whether you want to accept. If you do, the post will be visible on both your and my Instagram pages. I also sometimes ask if you would like to submit a voice memo that can be paired with music for the pictures and video—a sort of love letter to your family members.
